Senior DevOps / Platform / SRE Engineer

Hello, my name is Mahadev Reddy Kasireddy. I am a DevOps, Platform, and Site Reliability Engineer based in Illinois, USA, with experience building secure, highly available cloud infrastructure across healthcare, fintech, banking, and insurance domains.

I specialize in Kubernetes-based platforms, Infrastructure as Code, GitOps delivery, DevSecOps automation, and production observability. My work focuses on making engineering teams faster and safer: standardized deployment platforms, reliable CI/CD pipelines, strong security controls, and systems that can be monitored, recovered, and improved with confidence.

Currently, I work as a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer at GE Healthcare, where I help architect AKS-based application delivery platforms for clinical and enterprise services. My recent work includes reusable Helm chart libraries, Kustomize overlays, Terraform/Terragrunt automation, ArgoCD-based GitOps workflows, HIPAA-ready controls, Zero Trust security practices, and observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Azure Monitor, OpenTelemetry, and Jaeger.

Before GE Healthcare, I worked at Cognizant on fintech and banking platforms, where I automated AWS infrastructure with Terraform, supported EKS-based core banking applications, implemented Istio service mesh and API gateway patterns, and helped platforms handle large-scale UPI transaction growth. Earlier, at Genpact, I worked on insurance workloads, Dockerized Java microservices, Kubernetes operations, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform provisioning, and monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana.
